If you're already familiar with environmental practices like recycling, composting and eating organic food, you'll feel at home here with the use of organic bedding, biodegradable detergents and energy saving appliances. We believe in providing the highest quality, freshest organic food available. Whenever possible, we will include seasonal offerings from our own year round garden. The garden is both beautiful and functional with grapes, blueberries, currants, English walnut tree, cherries, plums, apples and other fruit trees, as well as a big vegetable and herb garden. All are grown using permaculture design principles.
