Yuva is in a quiet location in the mountains, right by the sea near Fethiye. It has over 40 acres of organically farmed terraces growing grains, sesame seeds and chickpeas. The spacious accommodation is in small Anatolian style houses built of local natural materials, surrounded by olive, citrus and fruit trees, and pinewoods. The food is delicious Turkish style vegetarian / vegan, prepared using many local organic ingredients - whole grains, beans, freshly picked vegetables, fruits, nuts and wild herbs, which abound in the organic gardens and surrounding fields. Lunches are available to order and cost about £5. Environment orientated, this is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a healthy holiday.
