Peterstone Court Country House and Spa is situated in the heart of the Brecon Beacons National Park. The Georgian house is avant garde and distinctive in style, and the bedrooms are all large, light spaces. Food is of huge importance to us. Most of the meat and poultry on our menu is reared on our family farm - Glaisfer Uchaf, which is just down the road, so we know exactly what our animals have been fed throughout their life. We hope that this will help lessen our carbon impact on the environment. Our food is always seasonal, sustainable and simple, using fresh, organic where possible, home reared ingredients. Our spa also uses only natural organic products, a philosophy which has filtered down from the main house.
