Imaginatively designed cottages with panoramic views of Borrowby Edge, Roxby, and eastward to the sea and Staithes Valley. We have an holistic approach to the environment and will be happy to share our enjoyment of our kitchen garden with guests. The kitchen garden is backed up by a sixty foot polytunnel providing exotic fruit and vegetables to complement the traditional orchard and plots. We also have hens. Ridge Hall gets its water from a spring at Twizzy Ghyll and this is just filtered and purified. Rainwater is collected to water the gardens. Energy reclaimed. We are putting in a planning application for luxury yurts and Hobbit Holes in the field, which will have views over the valley to the south and east to the sea.
