The hotel features beautiful bathroom suites with spa baths, showers and underfloor heating, mostly superking size beds [handmade from reclaimed timbers or natural leather], highspeed internet access and flat screen TVs in all rooms, an extensive Mediterranean buffet breakfast serving only organic, local and fairtrade food. The organic ethos includes recycling wherever possible, redecoration with organic clay paints, oak hardwood flooring, furnishings predominantly free from man made fibres and chemicals, cotton and wool used for all soft furnishings, natural duck down duvets and pillows, filtered water throughout.
