The cottage is set within its own grounds on our organic hill farm in the Clun Valley. The kitchen floor and units are made using local wood, and the worktops from recycled coffee cups. The flagstones in the lounge are original and the wood burning stove is made locally. The bedroom furniture, along with the floors, is made from local ash, alder and oak. The walls throughout the house have been traditionally lime plastered. The garden has a large patio and a raised seating area. Organic vegetables, grown in the garden, are available to the guests. Guests can also purchase organic meat from the farm. There is ample opportunity to explore the local countryside and wildlife, either by foot or using the bicycles provided.
