Apani Dhani is a charming and peaceful eco lodge situated in Shekhawati - renowned for its wall paintings. The bungalows are meticulously constructed in the traditional way and beautifully decorated with regional handicrafts. Surrounded by one hectare of agricultural land, we grow wheat, millet, lentils and different types of vegetables. Neither chemical fertilizers nor pesticides are used. We offer delicious vegetarian home cooking and serve wholesome organic food as much as we can. Most of the ingredients come from the organic vegetable garden, preserving the subtle flavours of home grown seasonal produce. Other food is supplied by serious organisations dealing in organic food [for example, Navdanya].
