Located in the tropical rainforest of east Maui, Pick Your Own is a sustainable living project that is a diversified organic garden with vegetables, fruits, and animals, demonstrating sustainability economically and environmentally. Collective harvesting and preparation of food from the garden for meals. Organic tea / coffee for breakfast, fruits with homemade organic banana or coconut bread. Lunch and dinner using fruits and vegetables from the garden and organic ingredients. Organic produce includes coconuts, breadfruit, tapioca, mangoes, avocados, bananas, passion fruit, guava, eggs, sweet potatoes, taro, and many more tropical food plants. Guided tour of garden. Lei making, gathering and instruction.
