We sell our own traditionally reared Hebridean mutton and duck eggs
This newly refurbished and homely cottage is situated on our working croft at the north end of the Isle of Iona. It is the only house on Iona where at night you can see no other house lights - only the stars. The views [in the daytime] out past Staffa to Skye are fabulous. The croftlands of Lagandorain have been worked traditionally for countless generations and are a botanical gem. A very special and beautiful place, reaching from the beach below the cottage to the highest point on the island. The fields are now grazed by our flock of black Hebridean sheep from which we produce beautiful blankets and, in season, mutton. Such richness needs only time and space and care - the way it's been done for generations.
