Our house dates from the 1700s and is located on Old King's Highway, unpaved as in colonial times. We provide 100% natural amenities, organic cotton sheets, garden flowers. We do our best to provide organic food. Sandy bakes her own bread and uses organic ingredients for her homemade granola and her fabulous organic yogurt. We have planted our own raspberry bushes and will soon have organic raspberries. We grow our own organic tomatoes and potatoes, available to guests who desire a Swedish breakfast (around 80% organic), which also includes cheese and salmon paté. Our free-trade coffee and tea are organic too. We use filtered well water. We are the only green hotel on the Outer Cape.
