A disabled friendly [M1] stone built bungalow. Tamarisk Farm slopes down to Chesil beach in the tiny village of West Bexington. Our organic market garden has 6 acres of vegetables and fruit in season. Organic wheat and rye are grown and milled on the farm as organic wholemeal stoneground flour. Organic beef, lamb, mutton joints, sausages available in individual packs or freezer boxes to take home. Conservation is a major interest on the farm. In the Stewardship Scheme we repair forest marble walls, plant hedges and trees, have flower rich meadows, North Devon cattle and sheep. The whole coastline is now of World Heritage status. The Dorset Wildlife Trust has designated extensive areas as SSSI and SNCI.
