This is an enchanting Grade II listed beamed whitewashed cottage. The accommodation is on the ground floor. French doors open onto a patio, from where you can enjoy glorious views. Mawddwy is an unspoilt quiet valley in the superb scenery of the southern Snowdonia National Park. Nant-y-Nodyn's two self catering cottages, a quarter of a mile apart, are situated in this valley about two miles from the wool village of Dinas Mawddwy. We are not far from the highest pass in Wales, which leads to Lake Vyrnwy and Bala Lake. The cottages are part of an organic sheep and beef farm, which has been positively managed with conservation in mind. Guests are welcome to explore and enjoy the wildlife. Special rates offered for two persons.
