We have an organic farm of 16 hectares near the village of Monte Polo, 10km from Urbino. Our cuisine is based on the raw materials that we produce in our agritourism - cereals, fruits, legumes, vegetables, eggs, farm animals. What we don't produce we buy from farms in our region, choosing those who use organic methods of cultivation. Tagliatelle, ravioli, passatelli, gnocchi, pizza, bread and cakes are all homemade following the recipes of our tradition. Our cellar offers the best Marchigiani wines. You can also buy our typical organic products - pasta, olive oil, cheese, truffles, wine, etc. The surrounding area offers plenty of interest to the naturalist, thanks to the rich variety of flora and fauna.
