L'Anjubauderie is on an organic farm near Saumur. We offer bed and breakfast in two recently renovated guest rooms. The decoration is rustic, with exposed beams and terracotta tiles. We offer a copious breakfast, which contains organic products. Evening meals are prepared using our own organic produce (calf, beef, vegetables, fruit) and fresh seasonal products from our local area, such as asparagus, William pears, organic wines, rillaud, organic goat's milk cheeses, crèmets, etc. All the food we provide is homemade - pots, rillettes, casseroles of vegetables, meat cooked over the wood fire, desserts made with delicious farm milk, apples cooked in front of the chimney, etc.
