A small family-run bed and breakfast in Arles. A blend of the ancient and the new - fully renovated 10th century walls, beamed ceilings from the Renaissance, antique linen sheets, hand-stitched quilts, comfortable easy chairs, writing tables, plush towels and more. Breakfast includes raw milk, yogurts, coffee, tea, organic fruit, goats cheese, home made breads. We strive to serve organic produce wherever possible. In our cooking school we visit and support organice wine makers, organic goat cheese-makers, biodynamic beekeepers and vegetable growers and much more. It is our joy to prepare our own jams and jellies, and to share our knowledge and enthusiasm with our guests.
