An unusual 17th century merchant's house with a choice of three very different suites, our family run bed and breakfast offers generous hospitality and a beautiful riverside location. Facing south, all rooms enjoy views over the estuary towards Exmouth and the wooded Haldon hills. Our famously extensive breakfast includes homemade breads, jams and marmalades, and is served at your leisure in our ground floor dining room. Please note that our food is organic / free range and locally sourced whenever possible. An excellent base for exploring Devon, Topsham itself offers river walks, wildlife, quiet spaces, independent shops, a Saturday market and a range of pubs and restaurants championing West Country produce.
