A comfortable Bed and Breakfast with lots of character, only ten minutes walk from the railway station and the city centre. Everyone comments on the delicious breakfasts. Whenever possible produce will be organic, local, homemade and fairtrade. I buy organic products from the local shops. All breads are homemade, and the preserves are homemade from fruit picked locally at Woodside Farm, Acaster Malbis or from our allotment. I also cater for special diets such as vegan, gluten free, diabetics, etc. The secluded back garden attracts many varieties of birds and insects. York is very cycle friendly, with cycle lanes in many parts of the city. I welcome cyclists, and can house your bike in a lock up garage overnight.
