This 5* rated ground floor level access cottage, previously the former milking parlour for the farm's pedigree Holstein herd, is full of character and offers a truly delightful holiday retreat. Our working farm is just a mile from the old mining port of Portreath. We have an organic suckler herd of South Devon cattle, all naturally reared on 60 acres of grassland. Organic pigs, sheep and chickens can also be seen on the farm. Higher Laity Organic Farm is ideally placed for walkers, with the recently upgraded Mineral Tramways Coast to Coast Path and the nearby beach at Portreath on the South West Coast Path. The farm is also close to the spectacular north coast, with its breathtaking scenery and abundant bird and wildlife.
