A delightful detached cottage on a working organic farm bordering Appuldurcombe estate in the heart of an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. If wished, breakfast can be taken in the Great Hall of Godshill Park farmhouse by arrangement. The cottage looks out across the orchard to the nearby millpond, which has an abundance of waterfowl, and beyond to the downs. Godshill church can also be seen in the opposite direction. Our working organic farm has an Aberdeen Angus herd, rare breed sheep, arable fields, pasture, wooded hills and valleys. Footpaths and bridleways cross the farm. The picturesque village of Godshill is renowned for its pretty thatched cottages, 14th century church and tea gardens.
