Over one acre of organic gardens, with a mountain stream, ponds, and exotic and natural flora provides a huge selection of culinary and medicinal herbs. Enjoy fresh home grown organic salads and herbs, exotic Mediterranean style snacks, and romantic candle lit dinners. We believe in using quality ingredients, such as organic wholefoods, local cheeses and produce, in our vegetarian restaurant's highly praised cuisine. Residential courses include wholefood cookery and organic gardening. Guests are offered an opportunity to explore the natural garden, where most of the kitchen produce is picked fresh daily.
