Nestling into the hill and on the edge of the bridlepath leading on to Easdon Tor the barn, with its thick granite walls, provides a comfortable hideaway in the landscape. The setting, on the east side of Dartmoor, is remote and tranquil. A short flight of steps leads up through a stable door into the main open plan accommodation, with views over the surrounding countryside and moorland. An area of garden is available to sit and enjoy the views, or for meals outside. You can buy organic food locally, and home grown vegetables may be available in season for purchase from the owners' nearby garden. Spring water. Good walking and wildlife watching with excellent views in the surrounding area.
