Penpont is one of the finest houses situated within the heart of the Brecon Beacons National Park. This privately owned Grade I listed house has been home to the same family since it was first built in about 1666. It lies in the middle of a 2000 acre working rural estate. Guest accommodation is in the courtyard wing. Around the house lie extensive grounds, sweeping lawns, the old Victorian rose and walled gardens, riverside and woodland walks, and an all weather tennis court. We have an organic farm shop in the back courtyard which sells produce from the Penpont Estate. The walled gardens are certified organic by the Soil Association. On sale are fresh fruit and vegetables, salad bags and local eggs.
