The centre is located above Agios Nicolaos, facing towards the sea with the Taygetos mountain range behind us. The holistic holidays are orientated to the holiday environment with time spent doing traditional holiday activities. The retreats are much quieter with the emphasis on rest and relaxation at the centre, with space and time for meditation and perhaps some gentle conversation. We prepare all our food freshly from ingredients we grow ourselves, or are locally grown organically. Kyriacos, the founder of The Spirit of Life, used to run a celebrated Greek restaurant in Bristol and is an experienced organic and vegetarian cook. Twin bed apartments, with terrace and garden areas.
