Designed by Matali Crasset for hotel proprietors and managers Patrick Elouarghi and Philippe Chapelet, Hotel Hi's 1930s façade conceals unexpectedly colourful, modular graphic spaces. Situated just a couple of hundred yards from the Mediterranean and the famous Promenade des Anglais, the hotel hall has walls that breathe - cement grids allow the air conditioning system to let sea air in. We are 'Green Globe' participants. Hi Hôtel offers organic food from breakfast to dinner. The award-winning chef proposes to prepare sixty recipes a year, four menus for each of the four seasons, using in-season produce selected from designated organic producers. Our guests will discover that eating good can also mean eating healthy.
