Gargi di Cenere is an old 19th century rural home immersed in a large and luxurious citrus orchard on the first layers of the Madonie slopes facing the blue Cefalu sea line. The farm covers about 9 hectares and produces citrus fruits, oil, vegetables and orchard fruit using exclusively biological methods. The fresh farm products are at the base of the local cuisine that guests can enjoy at lunch and dinner. The respect for the environment is a constant element throughout the property with solar heating panels, anti-toxic paint and ecological products for cleaning. The swimming pool water filtering system is not with chlorine but through a complex natural purifying system.
