The Dala-Floda Inn overlooks a lake in Sweden“s picturesque Dalecarlia province. It has the official Nordic eco-label, the Swan (www.svanen.nu), which shows the hotel has a carefully considered long term environmental programme. Our charming countryside inn, with 14 ensuite guest rooms, is the smallest of Sweden's eco-labelled hotels. As we are an ecological hotel we use locally produced organic meat and vegetables in our restaurant. Renowned for its wonderful creations combining local produce with spices from around the world, it has been chosen one of the best Slow Food restaurants. The kitchen is KRAV certified (mainly cooking from natural products).
