Dala-Floda Vardshus overlooks a lake in Sweden's picturesque Dalecarlia province. It has the official Nordic eco label, the Swan, which shows the hotel has a carefully considered long term environmental program. Our charming countryside inn, with seventeen ensuite guest rooms, is the smallest of Sweden's eco labelled hotels. We use only locally produced organic meat and vegetables in our restaurant. Renowned for its wonderful creations combining local produce with spices from around the world, it has been chosen one of the best Slow Food restaurants. The kitchen is KRAV certified, the Swedish certification for organic food. The inn is situated by Lake Flosjon in the old fashioned village of Syrholen, one of ten in Dala-Floda.
