Our aim at Rosy's is to serve organic food as much as possible
Fourteen double rooms and two family rooms nestled in a pine forest just above the sea. Built like a traditional Greek village the place offers peace and tranquility. The island produces olives, oil, figs, lemons, a small variety of vegetables [95% of the island is covered by forest]. At the base of Rosy's Little Village you will find Rosy's Petit Restaurant, which overlooks the sparkling waters of the Saronic Gulf. Breakfast [€6.50], lunch and dinner are offered here in a 'home cooking' style, using natural products from the island. Fish is provided by local fisherman, meat is from a local farmer, eggs are from free range chickens, vegetables are picked fresh every morning here on Agistri or from nearby Aegina, herbs grow wild.
