Balenbouche Estate is a romantic plantation inn and working organic farm situated on the beautiful Caribbean island of St Lucia. The historic property offers several charming eco-style cottages to suit various tastes and budgets. Everything grown on the plantation, including vegetables, tropical fruits and herbs, is organic. The excellent home cooked cuisine makes use of whatever is in season. Our daily specials are created from an exotic blend of Creole, Asian and European cuisine. A guided tour of the estate with its many ruins and artefacts, some dating back 1500 years, allows you to explore the rich history of St Lucia through the unique experience of a colonial plantation.
