Douce Mountain Farm is set on 49 acres of mountainside in the beautiful Shehy Mountains in West Cork. Our guesthouse, about ten minutes walk from the farm, is a traditional farmhouse with splendid views along the Owvane River Valley and Bantry Bay. Groups, individuals, and families can take part in various activities; hillwalking, walking and meditation, yoga and Qigong, self drive holidays [seven nights accommodation plus food €495 per person], and more. An essential part of your stay is the fresh and healthy food, to a large extent made with our own organic produce and meat organically approved by the Organic Trust. Meditation in the style of Zazen is open to visitors. The farm also hosts therapy, yoga and other groups.
