Heartspring is a small retreat centre specialising in relaxing and nurturing holidays in a stunning coastal setting. We are easy to reach and have a neutral spiritual focus. We use toxic-free paints and natural furnishings. We have our own spring water. We offer three self-catering vegetarian apartments, and can provide organic meals and fruit and vegetables from our gardens. Organic vegetable boxes are available through Organics To Go at Werndolau Farm. We also offer tailor-made retreat programmes, which include organic meals and a choice of many complementary therapies. Heartspring Retreat Centre offers an inspiring, tranquil environment to help those looking to find their own healing and peace.
