The Chop House has been carefully converted from the farm corn shed. It features original beams and has pleasant views of the farmyard, duck pond and surrounding countryside. There has been a farm on this site since at least the 16th century. Set in tranquil countryside, the 10 acre working organic smallholding specialises in traditional and rare breeds of livestock. We keep pure breed Poll Dorset Sheep and Kerry Cattle, which are milked on the family organic farm next door, as well as pedigree beagles. We have a fully accessible meeting room which caters for up to fifteen people. Spinning and weaving and other courses run by local specialists are available. Please contact us for more information.
