Built in the XVI century, the Masseria Torre Coccaro is now a 5 Star deluxe resort. The land around the masseria is full of ancient olive trees [extra virgin olive oil is produced and bottled on the farm] and an orchard [apple jams and stewed quinces]. Taste genuine and fresh vegetables and dairy products. We produce our own vegetables, although when not in season we use vegetables from the local market. We make our own salami, capocollo and pancetta. We don't use pesticides and fertilizers on our 5 hectares of land, but we are not a certified biological farm. We have rabbits, ducks, geese, chickens for eggs and other poultry. We have an Aveda spa with indoor pool, jacuzzi, turkish bath, many ayurvedic natural treatments.
