Our farm specialises in olive trees and zootechnics. The farm's kitchen proposes ancient and traditional dishes typical of the region, using products grown on its own ground. Besides the homemade 'orecchiette' and 'maccaroni' with a broccoli sauce, the vegetable soups and the first courses made with various types of fish are also very good. The second courses are either grilled steaks, rabbit or chicken and typical bread balls. Fresh seasonal vegetables are served abundantly since they are produced by the farm. The farm's cheeses can be tasted - from ricotta, stronger ricotta, to 'pecorino'. The local wine is either a light red one or white. The fruit is various and abundant.
