I Poderi del Sole is located between the medieval town of Ostuni and miles of unspoilt coastline. The clean air, almost continuous sunshine and refreshing sea breezes create a unique microclimate. The villas are surrounded by more than a hundred varieties of trees - cherries, peaches, apricots, oranges, lemons, grapefruits, plums, figs, pears and many more - all organically cultivated. The farm specialises in the production of organic olives and has its own registered trade mark, depository and bottling centre. Our products include organic extra virgin olive oil [which we sell all over Europe], preserved black olives, red and white wine, pickled and salted capers, almonds, walnuts, hazel nuts, fruit and vegetables, etc.
